Nick Hubers, Founder and CEO
With his outstanding dedication and commitment, Nick Hubers delivers service in many ways. As a native to Minnesota and an Iraq War Veteran, he served our country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps serving from 2000-2004. Upon Nick's honorable discharge he returned to the Twin Cities area to help his family with their farm operation. Nick started his real estate career in 2005 and became a Real Estate Broker in the beginning of 2007. He has been managing rentals since 2005 and was the Broker for another local management company and gained valuable insight to the rental business. Wanting to develop more features and tools to improve client service he elected to form his own company and opened Twin Cities Home Rental. He is an active property owner and versed in many parts of landlord law. Nick is dedicated to customer service and knows the value of quick response time to any issue that may arise.
Brenda Schute, Marketing and Advertising
Brenda is focused and dedicated to marketing/advertising all the homes TCHR offers for rent.
After graduating from Irondale High School, Brenda moved to St. Cloud MN to pursue a degree in Recreation Administration, Sports Management and Outdoor Education. Brenda landed a job in 2006 as a property manager for the college's off campus housing. During that time, Brenda realized her drive, passion, and affinity for teamwork and follow through and has been doing Property Management ever since. When Brenda is not busy marketing/adverting your home, she can be found out enjoying nature. She loves spending time with friends fishing, snow boarding, camping or coaching/playing ice hockey.
Jessi Hubers, Operations and Accounting
Jessi holds a BS in Accounting from the University of River Falls. She began her accounting career in management for large corporate banks. Sensing the need for extended client relationships and her personal interest in the values of a small company, Jessi transitioned to TCHR to fulfill that passion, as well a passion for he field of property management and real estate. Jessi is married to Jared Hubers and has two beautiful daughters.
