Interested in applying to rent one of our available homes?  It's simple, easy, and quick! Fill out your application and submit payment.  We do the rest!  Results typically known within 2-3 business days.

Please refer to the Tenant Rental Criteria for a list of qualifications. 

**Marginal credit scores are acceptable and we be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Income, criminal, and landlord verification is more heavily weighted.

 

Application Fees

We keep our application fees to a minimum!  Don't pay $40 or even $50 to apply individually!  

Individual applicant: $35 - Each adult on the lease is required to submit an application.

*We submit your application to a certified tenant screening company.  If you have any concerns regarding the information please let us know.  Twin Cities Home Rental. values your privacy and your personal information.  We do not sell or distribute any information you provide to us.  All information will be used solely for the purpose of screening applicants for the leasing of real property.
